I ran 4.5 miles last night and felt great through the whole thing, but about two hours later...ouch. It's not nearly as bad as it was before, but I don't seem to have all the kinks worked out just yet. Hopefully a little more time will help. :-/Becky Heinekehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13761434453341152193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8919216617130786696.post-26229430200094010572011-10-24T22:01:05.335-05:002011-10-24T22:01:05.335-05:00I was sorry to see you have been hurting! It's exercise! OF COURSE you're going to come to rely on it; it's what your body was built to do!!

Sorry this was long and rant-y. I just still can't believe that conversation actually happened. Me running 25 miles a week while training for a marathon (which millions of people do every freaking year!) is like alcoholism?!? What the fuck.Becky Heinekehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13761434453341152193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8919216617130786696.post-38282334894148971152011-10-23T04:37:45.907-05:002011-10-23T04:37:45.907-05:00Dude, I would've freaked out, too!
